So I've been feeling fairly rubbish for the last few days, I've started to write this twice and keep having to change the day.
Took a brief trip down the harbour Friday for air, sunlight and sausage (all of which were needed), spent the rest of the day knackered and then got hit with another bad headache Saturday morning.
So, not loads to catch up on, but there's always photos of things.

| As usual, it's books |
I had an amazon voucher from work to use up, so I got myself this, which I've been meaning to get for a while. One of the short stories in here was included in the 'Bodyshocks' anthology.
I was tempted to get myself a signed copy as the books themselves weren't much more... however all the signed copies are in America so that adds about £30 to the price. So no.
The regular hardback does have some pretty cool details, like the end papers (although there's more detail than you can actually see clearly)
Ferrets have been typically rubbery.
We also took Philbert along on our little Friday excursion. He got to touch sand and taste sausage, and was very well behaved in the cafe while we ate.
Went to pick up a few essentials from the shops while we were out

| Bunnies! Bunnies it must be BUNNIES |
Saw some other items which are definitely not essential
And of course we inspected the honesty library
Quality of artwork may vary
And of course some of it is a bit risquè
For Fergus, life continues as usual.
Book-wise, I finally finished this one which I've been reading off and on since September. I may make a separate post later with some highlights.
And I have also started on this one, which means I have two nice hardbacks on the go. I have now, of course, removed the nice dust covers so they don't get crumpled.
Generally still been feeling tired and lightheaded but I've got some antibiotics so hopefully will be feeling a bit better soon. In the meantime, today I did us some slow cooker comfort food, sort of beef stifado (didn't measure anything, used white wine vinegar instead of red wine and vinegar, added some diced carrots and parsnips to make it more of a stew, didn't have shallots... i did vaguely look at a stifado recipe though).
Anyway it was very nice.
And I guess that's it for tonight apart from ferret pictures. The little buggers are cute.
